Landscape photography is experiencing the beauty of nature and a therapy session for my body and mind. I call it Mindfulness Photography. It is like an everyday meditation, where distractions melt into the background and I become fully present in the here and now. I call my little photo trips a micro holiday for body and brain. Mindfulness Photography helps me re-connect with my body, thoughts and feelings, and leads to improved health & happiness. Most photographs have been taken in Buckinghamshire, England during lockdown but some are the collection of memories from all over UK and Scotland.
